I would do separate Google searches on "investment", "sexy", and "career."

Note the top 100 search results for each word.

Contact the owners of those web sites, tell them you own the dot com URL for the keyword.

Ask them to make you an offer for the domain.

If you have no knowledge, experience, or interest in those areas, why not sell the domains to someone who does?

I told you exactly what I would do if I owned them.

I wouldn't try to develop them because I have no interest or expertise or experience in those niches. If you do have an interest in any of those areas, then surely you will have some ideas about what to do with those domains.

I'm curious why you are asking about these domains if you don't own them?

Because i have similar domain names in my country TLD. I actually bought them to sell it but right now am thinking about developing them...
