Website to list Homes for Rent

There is a big sporting event coming to my town.

People have the ability to rent out there home for an absolute ton of money. Rent it for one week and it should pay for your mortgage for 2 months.

I want a simple site where people pay $99 or whatever to list their home on the site. I will SEO and do PPC to advertise the site.

Any boiler plate web template or something I can do to get this set up ASAP. So I can concentrate on marketing both online and offline.

You could put up a Joomla site and get one of these extensions. You could have it up and running today and configured in 2 days.

I don't know Joomla at all. The extension is $129 and then I would have to pay someone to design everything.

Any Joomla Programmers out there how much would this cost to put togethor a simple site with one of these extensions.

Is there any wordpress options for this?

I will need to outsource this so looking for the cheapest option.
