In order to be able to help you, we're gonna require some more details...like what site did you use to successfully drive traffic to your offer? (by knowing this, people will be able to suggest you similar alternatives so you can drive traffic again). Also knowing the demographics of your CB offer can make a difference in what people are going to suggest you.

I used Google traffic. I ranked for some major terms before the site got tanked. I can still rank for it but that would take lots of time

And the product is in health niche

just use the search function and type in "traffic"

Well since it's in the health niche, I think PPC would probably run your tab a bit too high.

Try social media marketing, YT marketing, and other methods that don't rely so heavily on Google.

What do you mean by PPC being too high? I don't understand that way of thinking, yet it seems to be prevalent all over IM forums.

You couldn't possibly know what is too high, until you find out what your cost per acquisition is. If it costs you $195 per sale, is that too high? It is if your gross profit is $8 per item sold, but if you are profiting $300 per sale, then $195 isn't too high at all - that looks like a $105 profit to me.

If you have a decent margin, then you should not be afraid to test PPC, just because you see a high price tag on your target keywords. Also, don't always assume the most obvious keyword is what you should be bidding on. Learn about longtail keywords and start making a list.

It all comes down to your profits, not what you spend on advertising. I will gladly spend $1000 a day on PPC if at the end of the day I am profiting $100.

If more affiliate marketers saw things like this, there would be more affiliate marketers spending their days on the beach, instead of forums.

I agree with what you're saying, but my point was that if he's never done PPC before, he could potentially blow a lot of money overnight if he doesn't have his numbers straight.

Countless people in IM go for PPC because it can definitely bring in a ton of targeted traffic rather quickly, but too many of them don't work out the fine details first and end up losing it all.

YouTube is a great way to build up an audience. If you make consistent content, then share it on social networks you can build up traffic pretty quickly.

What I would suggest is having the first thing in your video description be a link to a squeeze page so you can provide even more value to your visitors and build perpetual traffic.

Each time you upload a new video, you can email your subscriber list and ask them to share it if they find it helpful. This can help you gain more exposure.

If you don't want to make videos, you can hire people on Fiverr, but I really suggest you make your own.

Getting a channel off the ground can be tough, but it gets easier to grow over time. Even ask friends or family to subscribe and share your videos if they don't mind. That can give a nice starting boost.

If it converts well then use paid traffic, if you have a large enough budget get into media buys

    Paid targeted traffic!
That's faster than getting rank on Google. If you sure that it;s a great product and you've set the call-to-action as great as possible to make people those noticed this product will buy, then paid targeted traffic is the choice!

Since Youtube is easier and less prone to Google updates, I have going after those high volume search keywords to rank them well in Google.

Building my list and then selling them through followups and also to freebie download page.

Who knows what Google will do in the future with YT's algorithm. Ever since that last Penguin update or refresh or whatever it was, I've noticed nearly all YT vids that were ranking on the first page get pushed down to the second and third pages.

I have tried Google, And it is hard because I need to beat strong competitors that have powers to get on the first page everytime. Then I try free method, it is using social media like facebook, and it is very effective.

What you need is just attractive updates on your wall and a secret technique.

I think youtube and the various social video sites, facebook and most importantly list building are the best ways to get targeted traffic. Facebook has some very good targeting features, or you can use all three in conjunction to build your list, it has been said many many times before but is still true, the money is in the list...
