How to build list with Amazon?

Hi,

I consider to sell Kindle ebook on Amazon.

But how do I build a list* if I want to sell on Amazon?


*List = Not just a list of email adresses, but subscriber list, also people who have opted in and accepting to get emails from me

    What I do with my Kindle books is include a page at the front which tells them to visit a webpage to get a free gift that is related to the book and for updates - that gets people to subscribe and opt in to your list.
