I run a wordpress blog at visitmaniac.com/blog what would my RSS feed be?
I was reading up and hear its a good idea to add them to as many sites and areas on the net as possible feedback suggestions as well?

You have feed burner on your site.

Go to feed burner and sign up to get a feed
all you have to do is tell them your site is

Visit Maniac and they will give you
a feed address. Then you can use their services.
