Review of Website Please!

Dear All
I would like some feedback on a new website I am launching on 1st November 2012 through ClickBank.
You cannot buy the product yet as the payment link is only a clickbank test payment link and the product is not yet 'active'.
It has taken over a year to fully develop the software and website. Please let me know what you guys think!
King Regards

    Two issues:

    1. Your video is squished into that robot arm box. Looks terrible and makes some of your video text hard to read. Why not use a standard video size?

    2. Your email submit box doesn't highlight or anything to show the cursor is in it. Its also a bit busy looking, the theme is ok but I would make it a bit simplier and make it highlight or show the blinking | cursor so people can see that its selected. Nobody likes to start typing only to realize its not going in the box!

BTW: Didn't actually watch the video, gfs sleeping.

    Thanks brentb
Yes I know what you mean about the video box. I had trouble resizing the graphic so was constrainted with the size of the metal box. There is the option to view the video full screen if the user hovers over the video and then selects 'full screen' mode.

I take your point about the email submit box!
    Thanks

Full screen wont cut it. It looks like you just straight coded this out? Not wp or any cms or anything right? Just make the video the right size first so that it looks good, spacing and all.

Then take the dimensions of the video and change the graphic. It will be easier to make the box wider then taller with the shadowing it has btw but any size should be doable.

What part were you having a hard time with? I'll try to help.

I like the video and the way it is set out, but don't think it should dominate the website. I think you have to get your message home faster. I don't think that people will sit and watch the video before taking action and hitting the back button. No where else on your website does it say what you do. In fact even after watching the video I'm still not sure. There doesn't seem to be any contact info or anything about what you do.

    Here's my take on ipfactory.co.uk..

    1) Like what brentb has suggested above.. I think it'd be good if you could make your video wider.

    2) I don't think I will watch the video, within 3 seconds, if I can't understand what your website is about.. chances are.. I'll leave. I guess it applies to most people too. You can prevent that from happening by inserting a attention-grabbing headline at the top.

    3) Video to be no longer than 2 minutes. It would be good if you could use motion graphics to create your video. Example of motion graphics can be found here: Motion Graphics Examples

    4) Instead of just relying on the video.. It'd be good if you can write a compelling sales-copy. (Some people don't have fast internet connection and some did't install flash)

It's up to you to take my suggestions. I may be wrong nonetheless. Always test your conversion and do what works best.

    Good luck with your launch,
    Jeremiah

There is no headline on the site and the video is too squeezed.
Also I am not sure who your video message is talking too and how you will help them.
Your marketing message is key to drive your sales. You can have the best product in the world but with no sales you wont make money.
To be honest this needs work as there are some awfully slick sites out there and first impressions count. If you have some spare cash I would ask a desginer to have a look at it for you.

I am pitching this at $250 but feel this may be too much. The software and website cost around £5K to develop so really need to cover the initial funding. Any thoughts?
