Know of a good Classifieds Ad Site product or WSO?

Hey guys - just wondering if anyone has seen or purchased a good product or WSO related to starting a Classifieds Ad Site.

I'd also be interested in hearing from those who might have a Classified Site. I'm curious as to how the best way would be to start it. You really need a two-fold traffic plan to get: (1) People interested in listing (2) People interested in buying

I've niched this down pretty far and feel I could do pretty well with it.

I don't know of a product that teaches this, but AdLandPro have their own affiliate program as well as a package where it looks like they give you your own classified ads site to manage and get customers for as though they are your own.

You will need to start from scratch if you want to win this. Getting a pre-made templates or such can in a way guarantee that you won't win the competition.
Your spam stopper code should be phenomenal, otherwise you will get tons of spams everyday. As it is like spammers are waiting for you to finish up your site
Once, you only have quality or at least the better posts in your site, you will see the change. More and more responsible ads will be added to your site.
Now, this whole idea of classifieds is old. If you just start a regular classifieds, your expectations shouldn't be much. But, if you decided to take on the next step and go for 2012 technology, you may raise your expectations too.
2012 must have technology for a site: mod_pagespeed, structured data, Facebook Open Graph, iPhone app, Android App and more...
Shoot us a PM, if you wanted to hear more.
    Best of luck.

Isn't that a super competitive niche? You already have craigslist, backpage, and kijiji to battle with.

Yes, it is... but I'm only focusing on one niche, for example baby items, so the whole site will be only for baby items (that's not my niche but that's a good example). I think I'll have a better chance at optimizing each post so it gets ranked rather than leaving it open to anything
