Google changes the rules on apps
I just got an email from appsbar alerting me to a change in the rules."Apps that are created by an automated tool or wizard service must not be submitted to Google Play by the operator of that service on behalf of other persons."
So as of now a Google account is needed to publish apps ($25)
Enforcement is RETROACTIVE meaning that apps that have been published in this way are now being taken down so if any Warriors have used online tools for making apps and did not upload them using their own account they will need to create an account and resubmit.
