Does anyone know of any place where I can outsource a mortgage company website (or know someone who can build one?) Typical mortgage things need to be included: 1003 application, mortgage calcs, etc. Just look around and see what's typical. I know someone that wants one built but not sure I have time.

Thanks!

Better find someone who actually knows and understands what is required
on a mortgage website by regulation. It's far more than 1003, calculator, etc.

If you don't want to do it and it isn't a big potential profit item for you
via outsourcing why not just have them google mortgage websites?

There are a ton of companies specializing in them.

I've built a ton of financial sites and Tsnyder is 100% correct in the need to find someone who has done them in the past. The regulations and compliance issues are not something to be taken lightly in this industry and can be a huge stumbling block for a company thats not experienced

        Here's one I just did...

        mortgage buyers guide

I don't sell mortgages, just advertising to loan originators.

There is a tide in the affairs of men which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune; Omitted — all the voyage of their life Is bound in shallows and in miseries. On such a full sea are we now afloat, And we must take the current when it serves, Or lose our ventures. - Julius Caesar by William Shakespeare
