Recommended reading for online marketing newbie??

INTERNET MARKETING

I'd like to make a little extra cash

and would like to do it online, So could you recommend a step by step book on setting up my online biz ? a book or ? that covers it all including web page building for profit..which click ad/adsense type ads that should be used...etc..,
I built my own web page with RSS Feeds for the content with ads but not getting much traffic/clicks.. any help would be appreciated ..

For basics buy FastAttack Series/collection by CraigRC aka Craig Mako. However a single book won't be enough to learn everything properly.
