How do I Sell My Website?

I am unable to cope up with my current website Make Money Kid - The Ultimate Guide to Blogging + Marketing and Make Money Online and also sort for money to start my very own webcomic.
I know MakeMoneyKid is a damn great domain (you all have already said that) but I 'm just out of money for now and want to sell it as soon as possible - probably THIS WEEK.
But the problem is I don't know how do I sell. I contacted the webhost but all they said was "sorry we can't help you with that" and obviously no service provider will. After all nobody likes to lose its customer.
Please help me.

Why don't you sell it on Flippa?

Use the search function for questions like this- it's an amazing little tool.

You can also use good ol' Google, or read up on stuff from Gene Pimentel- he's the website selling master.

But some good places to start are the http://www.warriorforum.com/complete-web-sites-sale/, Sedo and Flippa

  • Flippa for smaller sites. Get a broker for larger sites. Always process through Escrow (not paypal, not bank wire, etc, just escrow).

I would put it up for sale on ebay with a great writeup showing all your traffic and income logs. That is however if you have a well established ebay username with a history of positive feedback.

I agree that Flippa would be a good place to sell your website. Good luck!

Try it on Flippa. You need a great listing making sure to list all the site's assets, revenue if any, traffic if any, anything social network accounts you've created to go along with the site, etc.

You will need to have a monetization plan already in place before you sell it through a broker. Sometimes you can try to sell it on your own also through a site where you just list your site but most buyers will want to see profit numbers before they buy.

If it was me I would definitely sell that website on Flippa. They have a lot of tutorials on their website to help you if you need help and tools that you can use.
