When you have an idea that looks like hasn't been done before how do you calculate if it's worthy your time, energy and money?

I get 10+ new ideas every single day- not even kidding.

Write them down, focus on your core business for at least 70% of your time, and then if you have time leftover, analyze these new ideas.

Ideas are a dime a dozen- everyone has tons of em. What really makes a difference is how well you can implement those ideas.

There's probably a good idea it hasn't been done. That's because its probably not worth doing.

    Sell whats already selling.
