Why Do You Buy and THEN ask questions?????
"So what is this all about? I didn't really understand it or didn't get the time to read." (and they are not even necessarily seeking a refund either)
To me from the old school where you don't get my money until I know I want what you offer its one of these moments ...........but I realize as the years have gone by people have become less hesitant about throwing money around on the net.
Now I realize this might be a compliment of trust. They trust in you so they see something from you and just want to grab it. As much as I would like to believe that is the whole reason later some (just a few) come back and say
"This isn't what I wanted" or the always ambiguous "this isn't what I thought it was going to be" (umm how did you form that thought since you didn't even read what was being offered).
SO I am a bit perplexed. In those cases it really does seem that the buyer uses the purchase as just one step in the purchase decision which to me is just paradoxical (unless of course you are a serial refunder which some are not because after a few emails they decide to stay with the purchase).
When did making the purchase become part of the decision process to make the purchase? Why not ask the questions you need to first? Its not like you will always get a refund and not be left holding the bag? I ask here because its mostly my WF customers who do this and If I can understand the mindset I will probably be able to write better copy or do better in answering those emails.
nothing to see here.
