ImnicaMail 8.5 hours delayed!??

Hi

for a new campaign I need to build a list and decided to take my sleeping Imnicamail account for that.
I wanted to drive PPC Traffic to them (>$100 Day).

My Testmails took 8.5 hours to arrive.

Is this the Imnica default?
The support hasn`t replied after 12 hours.

Anyone has better experience with them?

Thanks
Chris

    Hi Chris,

Our support team has just responded to your support ticket on the helpdesk. We're in different timezones, and hence the delay in reply :-)

We WILL make sure that this issue resolved for your account. If you could respond to that ticket, we'd be happy to assist you further.

      @hustlinsmoke

      Thanks for your reply.

This morning I signed up to my list again with two Emails.

      1) the confirmation Mail to xyz@mydomain.com took 41 minutes to my inbox.

      2) the confirmation Mail to xyz@gmail.com took 18 minutes to my inbox.

That is both unacceptable. 1 Minute is what I'm aiming for.

I also noticed that my links in the old and new mails are redirected to an imnicamail/notfound page.

Will never do business with them again.

Will go with GR with this campaign.

      Thanks

You will occasionally see delays MUCH longer than that minute that aren't caused by the service you're using. This is most common with freemail providers. If you want a more dependable test of delivery times, send the mail to an address on your own server, and compare the delay to an email sent from your freemail account to the same address.

That doesn't mean you're mistaken, mind you. Just that you can't always rely on the freemail providers to deliver mail as it's sent. They sometimes throttle mail from known bulk senders to decrease the load on the inbounds.
