A few questions on setting up an online business

Hello,
I recently registered a domain online and the hosting fees is paid by my brother who lives in Canada. I am from India and I have read a lot about how to leverage public domain content.

1. Being in India, can I sell ebooks that have public domain content from the United States sites?

2. Currently when folks buy through Paypal, they see my personal email and my Full name. However, I don't want my individual name to be displayed on the paypal id and I want the name of the product to be displayed. I don't have any company as such but I was wondering if I can use the name of my ebook. If so, how can it be done?
