Ive just created and published a professional dating website that is adsense integrated. It has a very unique design and solid functionality. I am a genuis programmer but a beginner marketer, any suggestions on what will get me out there, and also anyone with experience welcome to help.       Hey! You need to answer this man's questions. The dating niche is V-A-S-T.
      And there are lots of very smart players there. You need to tell us what demographic, occupational niche, and the others things listed by Mr. Peterson, before you have a chance at success, and before we can be of much help.

      What makes your service stand out from the 10,000 others doing SEO, in this area, as we speak?

      You need to know the answers to these questions before you do anything else.

      I sure hope your answer isn't "Oh, just anyone looking for a date", because that's the sound of wishful thinking.

        No im targeting a more mid aged professional crowd who are interested in internet dating, marital status is not really a niche im focusing on as its an option to choose between many when registering, this site is optimized for both genders and religion is not a main factor.

          Is there an income range? An occupational preference? Men looking for women, women looking for men? A certain race? Geographical bias? Cultural bias; mid-western, sophisticate, country western, Christian? Is there a fee you charge up front? a subscription?

          I hate to say this, but a general dating site is doomed to failure. There are 1,000 dating site that have great coders working full time, and are barely surviving.

          You need a very specific niche to fill, and then I can recommend media that isn't bombarded with dating ads. I wish you luck.

    What I suggest is starting with a social media marketing campaign and SEO.
    Social media can give you lots of traffic and fast as well. Think about Facebook, Twitter. Pinterest can also be a good place, I think a dating site can appeal to the Pinterest demographic.

    Also if you have a blog, write lots of quality content and do SEO.
    another great way to get traffic is by solo ads to email lists related to your niche. I'm sure there are tons of marketers with email lists in dating niche that you can pay for solo ads.

    Another great way of marketing new website is by forum marketing. Find all the high traffic related forums and start by adding value to the community.

    well any white hat seo tactics will show good return

    the most important is :

    finding best related keywords to your site and niche with lots of traffic

    writing lots and lots of quality content and update regularly, social bookmark every post to all major sites. take a look at onlywire.com - great place to automate the bookmarking part.

    and article marketing for seo is one of the best ways to boost your SE positions.

    If this is your landing page, then you need to make some changes in it as there is no Rotating Members Profiles there and also No Content is there..
    Nothing is mentioned on what type of audience is this site for...

    You need to populate your landing page with interesting content and rotating members profiles.

    The issue is not ..how to bring visitors to your site.... the issue should be how to convert visitors into members...
