I think that is it not easy being an IM. It takes time and work. There is no easy solution. People who have brick and mortar businesses fail as well do many people online.

Why is this? Trust and having customers believing in you and the lack of trust and having to earn that trust every single day.

Perhaps you feel if you bought into a franchise like Hooters you'd be all good, but that is not the case.

Someone tried to open a Hooters in Cheyenne Wy. You know what, they failed.

You might be thinking, how could someone mess something like that up?

Well, when you look at the costs to run a business like that, they are immense.

One run in with someone and you are being sued. If you are involved with hooters, you would have to worry about many things and your probability of getting your ass sued off is very high.

You could get sued due to the food you serve. You could get sued due to offending the people who have a problem with the women who work for you wearing what they do.

Can you imagine the headaches?

      Yes, it is, but you have to gain trust with people.

      I'm learning everyday.

      It is not just about a list and numbers, but trust.

      You need to provide products the people who follow you will love. People have to get to know you and trust you.

      It's a tough game, gaining that trust in people.

      I would not want it any other way.

      I only want to offer something useful and beneficial to anyone I do business with.

        That there is what separates the boys from the men.

        The moment you STOP looking at your subscribers as numbers in a spreadsheet and start looking at them as REAL people who are spending their REAL hard earned money, you start to treat your customers differently. They notice the difference and you will also notice good things start to happen for you.

        The problem is most in this industry just look at people as dollar bills and nothing more.

    i completely agree. Provide them with what they want, if you have a list then ask them what problems they have and help solve them.

    running any business was never easy and will not easy in future too.......its getting complicated day by day..........
    so before jumping to any business you must gain attention as well as trust of your subscribers or users or buyers....
    without trust and faith you cant run your business for sure. because its not a one man show its a team work.
