Submitting to Video sharing sites-To frequently = spamming?

If submiting a simple small video (with a link to our site) to many video sharing sites, is it Risky to submit to LOADS on the same day, which can risk to be seen as spammy by the search engines? (Just like submiting a website to loads of directories/ or getin Loads of incomming links over a short period of time)

for example, submitting to 40 seperate/different video sharing sites on the same day, would that be spammy? if so, how many a day should we submit maximum (if we were to spread this out over 3-4 days?)

I think some of the bigger video sharing sites
have algorhythms that spot submissions from
Traffic Geyser and may block them in some cases.

TG is basically a video spamming tool and if you
are blasting out more than a couple of videos
a day, and converting them into several formats
to get around dupe-content rules, I am sure if
your video submission habits will come under
scrutiny from the software that stops, among
other things, porn-spam and use of copyrighted
        audio content.

Gurus come up with spamming softwares, and then the Seos outsmart them.

There was another one which Jeff Alderson made 4-5 years ago, Traffic somthing..... which made loads of spammy webpages for you to upload.

You only need to submit it once to each directory... more than twice (the same video to a directory) you'd be spamming.

    Be careful...
