Market yourself on all the major marketing forums. Also try Odesk. I can't imagine many of those jobs are fake, when someone is specifically asking for data entry people.

Mind you: writing, design, seo, etc. will have more openings than a data entry position. Like you mentioned: a lot of these types of jobs end up being fake and want you to waste your money on a fake membership site that promises work.

Set up an ad on craigslist, kijiji, and other such forums telling people the type of work you're willing to do.

Put you ads everywhere you can. Join local forums as well. In the meantime, try oDesk.com, eLance.com i Freelancer.com just in case, but I guess there are many people who would work for peanuts.

All those data entry jobs that you see online are all fake. They barely give you the ins and out of taking affiliate links and then placing as many ads online as possible.

If you are looking for a real job when it comes to writing content, I would recommend Elance.com

i try with elance and odesk but .. i can't find jobs . all of jobs for indian and i'm from egypt

I think what most people are looking for is pricing. Usually this type job is cheaper when hiring someone in India as opposed to USA or UK. Find the right price point and you may be able to find jobs even being from Egypt.

i try to make the lowest price in elance or freelancer and some of many people make the lowest price but there's no one is get the jobs

You can't improve your typing skills without a job? Think about that one for a second.

What you want to do on freelancer sites is underbid as much as possible. I know you said you tried bidding low, but I'm talking so low that it's really not worth your time. Take projects that are getting minimum bids of $30 & bid $5. It's not going to be extremely profitable for you right now, but it's worth it because you need to get some projects completed & get some positive reviews, so that more people will feel comfortable hiring you for their projects.

I think the main reason why you're not getting jobs in Elance and oDesk is because you have serious competition there if it's just data entry. You could try other sites or you could learn a new skill.

Personally, I would go with the second one
