You know the grass is greener on the other side?
Everyone wants to be an Internet Marketer and work on there own.
The grass is always greener on the other side.
Yes it is, but the brown spots just move around on you.
You are never totally free, you always have problems.
Now do not get me wrong, for me full time marketing is great.
I still have problems though. I have so many people saying I want
to be like you and work full time on the net.
Let me tell you about my day shall I?
I woke up to over 100 emails and tried to quickly weed out the ones
I needed to answer.
I solved a few problems, made a few friends and lost a few buyers.
I have an affiliate mad at me cause I dropped one of there peeps due to foul language but still a customer.
I had three websites I needed to fix quick.
I had a server go down.
At one point someone was mad at me cause of a rar file, when so many
more get mad at zip files. Now I will really confuse them because I plan on
using rar and zip at the same time to give them a choice.
My dear friend is mad at me cause she wanted me to help her and I tried but
could not do as she fully asked cause I didn't feel right about it and she is on the fence about if I am right or not.
I am a host provider and the hosting company is picking on one of my customers when I know he has no idea what he is doing wrong, its not malicious or evil just something wrong with his configuration that is causing a heavy load on the server.
So now I am trying to make everyone happy and still keep my cool. I have lost it a few times tonight and I regret that.
For someone to think that they are there own boss at this game is wrong. We still have to answer to people and fix things. It's just customer service is all.
We are never totally free. I just have to watch out for the new brown spots is all.
I would not trade it for the world.
Your friend Hustlinsmoke.
