88% of traffic under 30seconds
Hello guys, am new to IM, I have got a website set up to collect subscribers with a video tip. But the problem I am having is that most visitors do not stay for more that 30secs on the site. Meaning they do not watch the video, and thus having very low rate of subscribes.
What do I do about this? How do I make visitors watch the video? How can I make them stay more on the site?
I have placed a "video will be removed in xxx mins" and a exit pop up, but traffic exit stat is still climbing?
