Hello everyone, just a quick question. I've recently purchased camtasia 6 and for some reason when I'm creating videos using my usb mike headset I'm not getting any audio when i play the video back. If you have any suggestions for what I've done wrong I'd be grateful. thanks also when you are doing video tutorial style videos with camtasia that you want to upload to youtube etc what format do you save it as and also how wide etc do you have the video. thanks very much for your help and your patience. warmly colleen |

Hi Colleen, Please check if your PC's audio setting is sending the playback audio to your usb headset. All the best, Manuel Viloria |

Hi Colleen, There is a Production Preset" in Camtasia 6 specifically for YouTube. It is one of the choices in the production wizard. I've had good luck using 640x480. If you want to record using a larger size such as 1280x960 you can use a multiple of 320x240 as long as the aspect ratio remains the same. Good luck with your videos. All The Best, Tony | |
