Your question is kinda vague. Are you talking about PLR templates? Blogs all set up with content? What exactly are you asking?

If you are talking about PLR prducts then you can earn some money but keep in mind that you might be ranked fast but you will de-ranked faster unless you do way more then the temples.
About a coplete premade site I haven't tryed it,premade sites can actually work, althoug sometime the site can't when it has a boring niche.
    P.S
WordPress is pretty much a free premade blog, you can find a lot of free themes.

They're the same as any other site, except that a lot of the work of setting them up has already been done. You still need to add unique content and promote them and rank them.

Definitely. Autoblogs are not the way to go post Penguin, IMO.

Vague question... so my experientce may be of little value. However, my advice would be to proceed with caution. Look for examples of previously completed work. Get detail of what exactly you are getting, and what you are required provide (other than money e.g domain, info, pictures, articles, monetization methods etc).

Be wary of those sales pitches e.g 'complete website for sale guaranteed $ 000s per month' type; then youre asked to provide domain, hosting, id niche etc etc. I was that soldier, and got stung! I have been given sites with spun articles which were unintelligible and a barely relevant clickbank product promoted. Ridiculous stuff. Others were very pro and slick. I have always outsourced/bought my websites as I don't do that tecky stuff. Just check out who is providing the service, and clearly understand what exactly you're getting

It goes back to the old saying that 'if you pay peanuts expect monkeys'.

Some services here can deliver you a nice website and do the dirty work but you still have to work a lot on SEO

This makes no sense at all: most of what you're sweepingly dismissing as "those poor service" are Wordpress blogs!

Anything sold as premade or "turnkey" or "business in a box" tends to be high risk for newbies and the failure rate is basically 100% on the initial go around.

If you are talking about a WordPress template or something, the success of that will depend on the content you populate it with and your own ability to promote it.
