Clickbank and Getting My First Check....

Hi,

During my initial 5 sales for my first check, does a refund subtract a sale count?

i.e. If I have 4 sales and one gets refunded, at that point do I need 2 more sales to get my check or is only one sale still needed before a check comes my way?

Hi Charles,

From my experience, CB only sends checks in every 2 weeks, meaning if the refund has occurred within those 2 weeks, you'll get a check LESS the refund amount. Also if your threshhold must be lower than the check you're going to receive.

Don't forget that Clickbank will hold around 10% of the total payment amount for 6 periods which is called Allowance which is reserved for future refund purpose before they issue the check to you.
