I just need more traffic to get web design leads. I need some advice from a pro not a bunch of answers from rookies who just pass along bad advice that all sounds the same but never really works!!!

No I'm talking about real traffic!!! Keep in mind this is for a lead capture page and i'm also trying to get phone numbers because i'm a pro telemarketer.

Please Help me!!!

Try Adwords, depending on your landing page I would target

    "Michigan web development"
    "Michigan website development"
    "Michigan web design"
    "Michigan web designer"

You said your pretty good at telemarketing, since their local leads you should be able to convert them

Adwords can be funny with landing pages so make sure you read their guidelines

    Good luck

Have you tried purchasing solo ads? It's one way to generate traffic fast.

Alot of the free marketing techniques online work very well... all depends on if you're willing to sacrifice time for new leads.

Other than that, i suggest PPC, solo ads, and advertising on sites & blogs in your niche. Test slow, then scale up if successful. Are you currently making money in your business?

Pure squeeze pages don't play well with SEO and search engines. If you want to get free traffic to squeeze pages, have it as a sidebar on a blog. Otherwise, go with paid traffic.

Best way to start is to write articles everyday and submit them to high traffic article sites

It does take a bit of time but your traffic can build very quickly

If you would rather go down the paid traffic route then i would use some solo ads

Here's a nifty little technique I learned. Use the Google keyword tool and do an [Exact] match search for keywords relating to your destination website. Input the URL in to the keywords tool.

Look for keywords that have a decent number of Global monthly searches. Say over 5,000 searches. Now, go to a site like AdKnowledge.com. Set up an advertiser account and start a new campaign. Write a well-worded ad with a great headline. Make the destination URL point to your lead capture page. Copy & paste the keywords you researched in to your campaign details. Do a test campaign for say $25 and keep your CPC to one cent above recommended price.

The traffic should be highly targeted and produce a decent sign-up rate.

Alternatively do a Google search for a web design Ezine, newsletter or blog. Find one that has an opt-in page and contact the owner to ask about buying a solo ad. You should ask them how many active subscribers they have and what their average email open rate is; these numbers should be fairly decent. 20% for openings? As well as price of solo ad. If they won't give you clear answers then don't deal with them. Solo Ads, when well done, produce highly targeted traffic!

'm currently doing the following paid advertisements:

Solo Ads, PPV, PTC, PPC (my bread and butter, I like Facebook and Adwords); and even offline advertisements. (I like postcards; can work well if you do demographic research and have a high end offer).

Bare in mind, I didn't just "hop in" to these methods and start profiting, they took time to perfect.

Just dive in, and see what works for you; like other people say, start small.

PS: Never listen to what anyone else says. Do research; I've said this before; the most valuable data, is your own.

Go to google, and search your top keywords. Get the top 10 results, find out if they're allowing advertising. If not, contact them individually and arrange to setup a text link advertising campaign with them. Most of them will set this up for cheap. Also, you could give 7Search a go, as long as you have the right keywords you'll get some conversion.

For Squeeze page SEO is not a good option as time is a big factor. So I would advice you to go for Facebook ads, it works pretty good for lead generation. And you have to target proper demographic in order to get maximum results.
