You want to make money online? Don't be smart

Smart people in most cases if not all cases are those who don't have money.

maybe they have different definition of success, but honestly they don't know how to make money, not online or offline.

how many smart people do you know who are rich?

Albert Einstein? how rich he was?

Bill Gates? is he smart?

now he have smart people working for him. but read about him you will find out how smart he is

smart people think too much, and even when they get an opportunity to make money, they need to analyze and think it thro, and see what are the odds, and start planning how could it be done perfectly and when they start taking action it is too late.

average people just flow with the stream and take action, they donot need to create the wheel, they just need to know how to use it and they follow a step by step instruction and walla ....

promoting a site, is that simple, you have a step by step strategy, you need to follow. there is nothing to create, nothing to invent, just take action.

when i have nothing in my mind, i just go to forums and read posts, then reply for some and i have new link, or read a blog post, i get new ideas learn and sometime comment and get a new link. some posts have new resources i did not know about, i visit and see how it will improve my marketing. I sign up for any email list, get to know what they have to offer, when i don't like it I simply unsubscribe.

Want something creative to get links and traffic, i will simply pay an expert service for that.

So are you too much smart for this business?????

    Well I agree and respectfully disagree with some of this as well. I don't think so much as being smart is a way to fail in this business but I do think being a critical over thinker could be. I'f you're always stuck in a researching stage and don't get me wrong research is great but you want to make it habit taking action and get good at it.

      I think your definition of smart is different from mine. I don't know any self-made rich person who isn't smart.

      What Einstein's wealth was is irrelevant. His motivation wasn't to acquire riches.

    Sounds more like planning versus doing.

    There are smart people who are doers. It's just that many intelligent people are also perfectionists who try to plan every detail, and thus never get around to actually getting their ideas off the ground.

    With a business environment that's constantly changing, it's better to get out there even if you make some mistakes. Adapt and learn as you go.

    You have to be smart to choose the right people to work for you.. So here you go : Bill Gates is smart.

    Same principle applies in IM. When you outsource you have to know exactly what your expecting to get.

    You mention a couple of "smart" people who aren't famous for having money and draw the conclusion that all smart people don't have money. I understand your premise but it's flawed in many ways. Using flimsy "data" like yours it would be easy to "prove" almost anything. Good luck.

    Does this mean that rich people are not smart?! I don't think so!

    Howard Gardner launched a theory about multiple intelligences (details here) - what he tries to say is that people can be smart at something and lame at something else.
    If you are good at programming for example it doesn't mean you will also be good at selling your stuff...
    If you are good at selling it doesn't mean you can create a good ebook (even if it's about selling) if you are lame at writing...

    I agree with you that we should identify our best points and weak points. And delegate to experts the work we are weak at.

    But I don't think somebody should stop "being smart". Maybe he should just stop believing he can do everything by himself.

    Your post made me recall Russian classic "Wit Works Woe" There are definitely some grains in your thoughts, but I wouldn't agree with you 100%. Most of IMers who make it big are smart people, since they managed to overcome that "average Joe" way of thinking.

    You are right bro. I would like to suggest to all newbie to read that post couple of times. I believe that maximum newbie fails over here just for one reason. They think that they would earn huge within very short period of time if they know just couple of things over here in IM. But the fact is this industry has change each of every day. New concept usually add over here on each day. If we want to get success in this field than we need to accept that and we need to learn new thing in each day. To me this is called smart.

    It's nothing to do with being intelligent or not. It's just about those who do and those who do not. There are many people who are rich and smart. Try making $1 million dollars without a plan. If you manage to do it without a plan; you're smart. If you manage to do it with one: You're still smart!

    You need to have a certain level of intelligence to succeed in this work. Most people have it, but refuse to take the necessary action in order to achieve their goals; that's it. You don't need to be a genius to make money online. But you need to know what you're doing; and when is the right time to make the necessary changes to improve your results.
