I have an exact domain for a very specialized accountant - what to do with it?

Besides the selling it to an accountant or company. Any ideas on how to develop it..I dont think a forum would work. Any other ideas to monetize it?

    Obviously, if we don't know what the domain is or how it's very specialized, we really can't give you our thoughts about how to monetize it.

    Expertcapper, this comment is not a criticism of you specifically . . .

    but I am always amazed at people asking what to do with their domains. Is having a plan for the domain prior to purchasing it really that absurd? Isn't that the very first question that should be addressed?

      How can you expect to elicit ideas without divulging the domain in this case? "I have an exact domain for a very specialized accountant" says too little to generate any thoughts.

    Build it, optimised and get rank on target keyword, contact company that need a website on that industry and earn $$$$. If you think that industry is profitable in adsense then keep it if it is earning money on adsense if not sell it on company.
