...Yes, I know I can consult an attorney. Hoping someone can direct me to a website that has downloadable contracts (free or for purchase) -- I am drafting an Agreement with a Client -- creating their ecommerce site in exchange for money up front and ongoing percentage of sales.

There are a bunch of websites out there, where you can download all sorts of contracts, just google it.
