What Kind of PLR Would You Buy?

If you had the opportunity to purchase new and fresh PLR, what topics would most appeal to you? I'd love some feedback on that because I am in the process of creating a new PLR site and I may as well offer informaton that is being sought after. So any and all comments would be really helpful.

Additionally, what types of PLR are you most in need of? Articles? Blog Posts? eBooks? Other?

Only if the PLR comes from well-respected authorities in their fields. Given Google's recent fatwah against dupe content, the only value PLR has is the INFORMATION it has and not necessarily the form it takes. Hence, buy PLR and go on fiverr to find someone who will rewrite 1000 words for $5.

If one is concerned about Google's fatwahs, then you have to be concerned about the quality of 1000 words rewritten for $5. Or 500 words rewritten for $5.

So I would not recommend this for any person who cares about their site, Google, rankings, etc.

Ebooks that are easy to brand and that are easy to stick affiliate links in them that really get clicked. Basically stuff to give away free on a squeeze page.

I would buy PLR on making money online and also traffic generation.

yes, i think after google updates, most people are not using plr to build links, even secondary level of backlinks. it is just too risky. Mostly, people use prl to give away in exchange for people email address or give away to their subscribes.
i used to sell weight loss prl and it worked well...i put it out like 2 years and never promoted it after 1month later. Even so, i still got money from it today. So a well-written and formated PLR can bring you long-term passive income.

No chance. I have stopped using the PLR long ago. For some basic reasons.

Yes, PLR is not for SEO but you can use it for other purposes.

OR, you can rewrite as well.

I have a PLR question ... I have an article that states I can edit the article and even put my name on it but I can't give it away ... but if I am editing it and putting my name on it then am I allowed to give it away?

Is the giveaway part only if I leave it as is? Seems like a weird stipulation.

Perhaps the "can't give away" refers to you not being allowed to give away the content as PLR content. This would make sense. A lot of PLR content providers do not allow PLR to be passed on. Actually, I think it's better if PLR is not allowed to be passed on.

But, I can't say for certain, because I haven't seen the wording of the license. If the license is unclear, then it's probably best to contact the PLR content provider.

As far as answering the original poster's question, if I had to buy PLR content, I'd buy personal PLR content (i.e. PLR cannot be transferred) where quantity sold is limited. I think that the less people that are using the same PLR content as you, the better.

        Marg,

The most valuable PLR content to me is the one that is the highest quality with the least distribution.

There are a million and one PLR sites online right now - you can find the stuff everywhere including 100,000 article packs selling on FIVERR and eBay. There is no lack of it! You can also join PLR sites that offer thousands of ebooks for a very cheap monthly fee.

This kind of cheap regurgitated garbage is useless and will often offend your customers and turn the search engines against you.

High quality, useful, original content is the easiest to rewrite. And if it's not widely distributed, well that's the best.

Average PLR is garbage in and garbage out!
