How accurate is a Sedo.com suggested price for a domain

I am curious if anyone with experience using sedo.com for parking and selling domains knows how accurate the suggested price value is that they calculate for a domain name. Thanks.

    Extremely accurate if you find a guy willing to pay you what their website suggest.

    In truth, all those automated domain/site valuation tools are pretty much worthless.

    No matter what some valuations software or human professional appraiser tells you its worth, Something is only worth what someone will pay you for it.

      David is spot on with the answer. The domain worth depends on a good idea for a website for that domain and the potential of the idea. Again, it depends on the buyer and the competition your domain name has.
