Agreed! Elance has a wealth of talent. I like the bidding process that they employ and I think it is worth paying a bit extra to have a featured job to attract even more bids. Great site!

Not sure I would use the term "excellence" with these sites. They are mostly there to hire out grunt work that you can't stomach doing yourself..... which can be great, but you aren't going to get expert level work for important stuff at the 95% discount that these places offer.

No complaints from me. I have always managed to find highly skilled workers who do anything but 'grunt work'. I think your 95% discount claim is misleading and off the mark. For a site like Elance, the skills base offered is wide and often technically proficient. Talented freelancers can do top-notch work!

Here is a CV of the CEO of HireMyMom.com -
      'About Lesley Spencer Pyle
Lesley Spencer Pyle started the national association of Home-Based Working Moms in 1995 after having her first child. Her passion is to help other moms find work at home success. She has a Master's Degree in Public Relations from the University of Stirling in Scotland and a BA Summa Cum Laude in Journalism / Public Relations from Texas State University. Pyle has been featured in numerous publications including Forbes, Entrepreneur, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Home Office Computing, Parenting, Business Start-Ups, Dr. Laura's Perspectives, Family PC and many others. She was recently selected as a monthly columnist for WomenEntrepreneur.com. Pyle has been working from home for over 12 years. She is married with three children of her own and one "inherited" daughter by marriage.'

That is pretty impressive wouldn't you say? I think that it is safe to say that HireMyMom.com is capable of more than 'grunt work' with people like Lesley Spencer Pyle on staff. Sounds like an 'expert' to me!

Mediapiston sounds great! Reading on their website: 'We engage hundreds of active professionals in our network with backgrounds including journalism, law, marketing and medicine. Our writers are capable of tackling nearly any subject. Recent projects include product descriptions, local content, personal finance, personal health, travel, television, green energy, senior care and more.'

Fiverr was another suggestion to add to the list. Great for the budget conscious. Read reviews closely and look for the 'Top Rated' symbol being displayed. Level 2 standard is an absolute minimum for me when selecting any jobs.

True Randall. But outsourcing is often overlooked by many Internet marketers. Some see it as being 'lazy' etc. Time management is a key component to online success and so many of the top level marketers freely admit to outsourcing much, if not most of their online work. One well-known marketer I read about, stated that he outsourced 'Everything'! He said that he had no interest in working long days at menial online tasks. Life is for enjoying!

We do a little hiring in the philippines but for us E-lance is the best.

my tip is to recruit people for cheap and give them smaller tests before going all out. that is how we have built massive outsourcing armies and have very good results.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no free outsourcing service on the Internet, sorry. Fiverr.com is pretty cheap though. Jobs done for $5.

Thanks for your question Netrover! Profit by Outsourcing is a service that may interest you. They have been featured in some pretty impressive sources and have a good name. Not 100% sure about the video side though. Elance.com deals with online work of almost all descriptions. You could post jobs for your three mentioned areas and find technically proficient workers.

Be careful with the providers you’ll find at these sites because many of them are dishonest.

Be very distrustful if you don’t want to regret having trusted someone for something important. In the end you’ll waste your time and lose your money without having the job done.

You have to be more than selective, and pay only when you'll really be satisfied.
