"I'm A Newbie And Don't Know How To Make Money Online" ALL NEWBIES READ THIS!

I see this is the forum everyday. Every day people are always asking how to make money online. The real truth is YOU ALREADY KNOW!. If you just stuck to one method you WOULD make money.

I was also at this stage when I started and let me say, it's not entirely your fault but you can overcome it. There's always going to be the new hottest money making method. If it's not a method shared, then it's some sort of product that's been launched and it promises to make you money, blah blah blah.

Don't get me wrong, some of the IM products out there are amazing and can really help you make money but just face it, the only way you're going to make money is by sticking at ONE method.

A common problem I had in the past was I kept looking for a new method, I kept looking for the secret key to making money online, but I soon realized there was none.

Let me tell you this, if you don't get rid of the mindset that there's a secret key out there that can allow you to make money online with minimal effort then you're never going to make money online!

I've put myself to the test to prove my words are right. I've chosen to try make money from YouTube. I'm going to stick to this method and see if it works.

So far I've made 2 sales. I started 2 days ago and made a sale each day. Clickbank earnings are attached.

This really does prove if you stick to one method you will make money, and this is only after a few days!

I have to admit tho, I had my doubts if it was going to work or not, but you just have to try. It's now or never!

Hope you enjoyed this thread!

Adam.

I've only been trying it out a few days and already made a few sales, so yes, it does

Don't you think it's a bit early to be announcing to the world what they're doing wrong when you only have 2 sales from 2 days to back up your position?

There are many people here who do much better but still do not feel qualified to tell others what they should do. It seems a little presumptious that you think 2 sales makes you an expert to the point of announcing what everyone else is doing wrong - don't you think.

I don't see how you could use that data to establish you're ready to tell the world - unless your post is more about you than the people you say it's aimed at.

I'm by no means saying I'm an expert! I'm just trying to get the point out to newbies that are not making money online that if they don't try and stick to it, they're never going to make money online.

Also you said that there are a lot of people that do a lot better here, my post isn't directed towards those people. It's directed towards people that haven't made a cent online yet.

And yes, 2 sales is a bit early, but I feel like writing and said I'd throw it out .

Please also note that I am not making myself out to be an expert, I'm far from it.

No you didn't... otherwise the new REAL domain you intended to link to would be up instead of a blank space right now. You're excuse is like saying "ooops I tripped on the carpet by the bed and now she's pregnant..." ain't gonna fly!

Do you really think if I was going to try promote an affiliate product with my sig I'd put up an offer to do with dating? Think about it, lol.

You would if you were in the dating niche though, wouldn't you? Think about it.

It's an internet marketing forum, surely I'd send the traffic to an offer related to internet marketing.

I have a few domains and all are redirected. I got confused and made a mistake, not really a big deal since I removed my sig the second I was aware of it.

Um, the project has just been started. Do you think you could give the guy a few weeks to test his marketing theories before you rip him to shreds Andy? Just a thought ...

Thanks Joseph but I'm anything but a 'kid'. Constructive criticism can be delivered without the demeaning barbs. I have been on the receiving end of some of the 'straight shooting' on the Warrior Forum and find it all a bit pointless. We're all learning here, punitive tone not required IMO.

Couldn't agree more Adam. Focus, and work alone with a positive 'can do' mindset get resuults. Following shiny objects retults in nothing other than frustration and failure. takes a while to accept though.

Thanks for the post Adamreilly1997. I understood your post and I totally agree that people just starting out tend to grab at every new thing that comes into their email box. Our minds become totally fogged with all the chaos and nothing can be accomplished.

Adam, while I believe your intentions are good, the fact that you made two sales in two days doesn't really prove anything. However, I do commend you for taking action, and encourage you to stick with it. I just don't think this automatically qualifies you to lecture everyone else. If your initial post had more of an encouraging tone to it rather than a condescending, lecturing one, it would probably be more effective.

Your admonishment to "all newbies" to just stick to one method and they WILL make money has some holes in it. Not all methods work. Some are incomplete, others are flat out misleading. It also won't work if it's based on a trend that's already run its course or become so exploited by Internet marketers that it no longer works. Those following one of these methods can put in a TON of action and a TON of time and never make any money. Reading a post like this can make them feel like it's all their fault, when, in fact, it wasn't.

Now, sticking to a proven method in which you have all the steps, then yes, in time you should make money. How much, though, depends on a huge number of factors.

wow that is very true, and it occured to me when i was thinking of all the things that i have tried to make money out of. there are so many ways to make money online and for real, if there is a secret to making money online, it is to FOCUS and believe in what you are doing.... Thank you!!!!!!!

I think your main point about there being no magic secret key is a good one. Way too many (me included) start off trying to make quick money and end up chasing opportunities and neglect the fact that long-term sustainable income comes from building a business.

My tenure in the corporate marketing world would have been quite short-lived if I'd thrown up a new niche, tactic, product, etc. unrelated to our core product line every week because I read a compelling sales letter about a new way to make money.

Focus, discipline, planning, execution, understanding what business you are in are some of the keys to success. Chasing shiny objects isn't on the list of success characteristics.

Congrats on the sales. That's a first step that I'm hoping to make soon as well.

A recent change for me was that I have recently started seeing what I am doing as a business not something I'm doing in my spare time. One of the things I have done is focus. My change in mentality has taken me from "if only I could make money online" to "when I am making money online"
