How to Find The Best Outsourcers

I'll vouch for this one. My question is kind of in reverse such as how to find the best clients because unlike Edward who responds right away and is always available when he needs his content done, the majority of clients are never anywhere to be find.

Most clients take days or weeks to respond (some never respond at all). Or they turn into "Joint Venture" people who instead of hiring you want to work with you since they run out of money.

Now, I've been your side of the fence as well from a hiring standpoint. I used to hire people for content creation and let me give you my general insight.

STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM ODESK. There are a few golden gems on there and great content writers but you better be prepared to pay a $30-100/hourly price (or per article). The rest of ODesk however is filled with foreigners and "agents" who act as Native English writers for the foreigners. You'll be presented with some of the most bullcrap garbage content you've ever seen after days past your deadline.

In my profile, I have probably hired 100 people on Odesk to give them a shot and I can honestly say most of them turned out the exact same as the previous. They would never make deadlines, they would produce sub-par content, they would go MIA or offline for weeks on end, etc.

The biggest problem I have with people outsourcing is they expect ROCKSTAR AWESOME QUALITY content at some bogus $.50 or $1.00 per 100 word rate.

Fiverr

I honestly don't get why so many people are stuck on this site.. it's a cesspool of cheap writers who deliver average or crap content. Some people swear by writers on Fiverr but then they wonder why their content is never compelling or keeps people coming back :rolleyes:

The best place to find a Freelancer or Outsourcer in my opinion isn't on the Forums, not on Elance, not on iWriter, not on ODesk or any other popular platform. It's through independent websites for professionals. The only draw to this is, that you'll have to pay a very hefty price.
