Should you do optimizing your site like there is not optimizing work at all? How and
what your anchor texts should really look like?

    Of course you can do optimisation - the problem is only for sites that do lazy linking or over-optimise content to where it doesn't ready right because it's written for search engines and not people.

    Google want good content for readers and they want natural links which do not all have the same keywords in or come from the same type of site etc..

    just be sensible and don't spam links or add keywords where they don't belong and you should not have trouble.
