Setting up Affiliate Program - Thoughts/Advice?

Okay guys, here's the situation. I've got my new membership site up and running and I want to set up an affiliate program for it. I was all ready to do this with E-junkie when I realized that they do not handle subscriptions, which I need for the recurring memberships. So now I'm looking for a new back-end.

I will be selling a variety of products from the site, all of which have to do with writing. These will include monthly memberships to the site itself at three different price ranges/content, a new ebook each month for a flat fee, and membership in a special service for either an annual cost or a monthly fee.

I had originally chosen E-junkie because I was impressed with the way they handle the digital delivery of goods.

So, my questions:

1) Would have two different affiliate programs (one for ebooks and one for the monthly membership charges) be too much a pain in the neck for potential affiliates?

2) Who would you chose to handle all of the products if you think one vendor would be best?

3) Is there some other way of doing this that I'm not considering?

Thanks for any thoughts and/or advice you can give.

-Joe
