Ways to get Inbound Calls for Medical Supplies

Hey guys

Im looking for different ways to promote a call center inbound team that sells Diabetic Supplies for no insurance patients, basically cash sales.

So ive been putting my efforts into SEO for the website, but now im going to focus on promoting the phone number,

My Sales pitch is something like .." Get your FREE Diabetic Testing Meter! (888) 555-5555"

So what I currently did was.

- Blog Posts on Health Blogs ( Fiverr)
- Buy Tweets in Health niches ( Fiverr)
- Buy Ad space on Health sites ( BuySellAds)
- Launched Facebook Ad Campaign ( pushed for impressions? )

I was thinking about :

Posting on OTHER Diabetic Facebook pages? ( is that ethical?)
Messaging or posting ON Diabetic page FOLLOWERS?( again, ethical?)
Answering Questions on Yahoo Answers - with our phone number etc
Guest post on other high volume blogs


What are some other methods that can generate traction or calls to an inbound center?

    Here's the simplest, easier, most effective way I've found:

    Part 1: Create webinar registration page with video that follows this formula:
    Formula: 1. State the problem
    2. Back up your claim
    3. Make them realize how truly they are in need of your service/product
    4. Invite them to a webinar that promises answers

    Part 2: Do webinar, and give them answers.

    Part 3: Invite them to use your product/service at end of webinar.

    Part 4: send ppc traffic to webinar registration page.

    Part 5: repeat

    Well, im not to sure that would work well for what i am trying to do.

    Im trying to think of other ways to generate calls to a center.

    I understand that creating a webinar may work however, alot of these people are older - like 80+ so im not so sure having them log into a webinar would be the best solution.

    Basically im thinking about where people would see the ad or text and just pick up the phone and call.

    Have you thought about using postcards?

    I'd suggest testing a small batch of 3-5,000 postcards to a targeted group of people that have previously purchased something to deal with diabetes.

    Be sure to use "buyers lists" and you can find these at many reputable list brokers. For instance I just looked at the broker I've used in the past {no affiliation} and they have one list of 30,000 buyers ($30 avg. sale} for "Barton Health Diabetes Book Buyers". That might be a good place to start. Call the broker and talk to them, show them a copy of your postcard and ask their advice. They want you to succeed and become a long term client so they are normally open to helping you with their knowledge.

    Hey Soudy,

    Don't use Fiverr to do your marketing! How much effort will somebody earning $3.50 [fiverr takes $1 and Paypal 50 cents] put into helping you grow your business?

    Common sense will tell us that we need to INVEST in our business to see a RETURN ON INVESTMENT.

    So you want people calling your number to get a free goodie, here's a couple of ways:

    1. Google/Bing Pay Per Click marketing - get them on to your website fast by paying for the clicks.

    2. Find forums where people with no insurance converse - join the conversation and win their favour.

    3. What blogs are these people likely to visit? Can you write a guest post for the blog.

    I don't want to overload you with info.

    These three tactics are more than enough to get some leads coming your way

    Abul Thank you so much! yes thats very helpful, yes i totally agree Fiverr isnt really going to be growing my business, i mainly did it for exposure or paying for a post on health blogs. I have a FB CPC campaign setup, i will setup an Adwords one as well. I believe I can even put a phone number down for a Click to Call ? if i remember correctly.

    And ill check out some Diabetic blog websites where i can guestpost and forums where i can establish some credibility.

      Considering your demographics, TV and radio advertising may be more cost-effective than any other media. In some markets and time frames it is also comparatively inexpensive.

      Fiverr is only good for me to get simple design jobs done.

      Google Adwords allows you to have a Click to Call function, if your ad targets mobiles. You can also mention the number in your ad that will appear on computer/laptop browsers.

      Facebook marketing is a much slower process and it works. I spent £200 on Facebook to build a six figure offline business in less than 10 months!
