How Do I create an affiliate tools page?

I've seen jv pages where you can type your affiliate id in and brand all the affiliate tools on the page. first timer making affiliate tools. I also have an ebook i want to allow affiliates to download and give away and re brand with their affiliate link that promotes my product. Can you point me in the right direction?

    For the tools page you can create one using simple HTML and PHP. The PHP will do all the heavy lifting.

    But honestly, I say just keep things simple. You can build your tools page and have all the banners, email swipes, etc. on the page - then just give instructions on how affiliates can generate or get their links. Otherwise, you just may wind up getting caught up with too many "bells and whistles" for the affiliate page and not concentrating your efforts where it counts: your marketing

    For creating a rebrandable PDFs, you can use something like PDFBrand.exe if you can find it online. You can also use another other compatible PDF ebook rebrander. Just do a search online.
