During my research I came across Traffic Generator of eNom Central. I was wondering if anyone here has ever used it and how effective it was?
eNomCentral - domain name, web site hosting, email, registration

Do search engines allow/like this kind of campaign?

    It's no different than using something like Adroll. Unless you have thousands to invest in advertising, it's nearly impossible to get your ads shown to people because of the competition.
