how did they do this? YouTube custom frame around video?

how did they get that gold Frame border around their video like that? is it the background? looks like it's attached to the vid, idk.... help!! would like to do this with my vids, but have no idea how?

    Hi johnrapp,

    Just make an image out of the 'frame' and place it on top of the video during editing in the video editor, the same as you would if you wanted to place some text on top of a video - add it to the timeline as a seperate video track or whatever function is best used to add it - depending on your video editor.
