Now I am sure this has probably been asked many times here and if that is the case just point me to the threads please.

Or if you know of any other good sites for selling .com domain names let me know please.

I have a few of .com names that might get me a good return on what I paid for them and of course I know domain names are only as valuable as what people will pay for them but I just bought a few new ones to use recently so want to get rid of a few I have not had time to use or set up websites on.

I've always used Sedo - The world's leading domain marketplace

but there are several. Godaddy and other registrars have places where you can auction them too.

Just have to search around a bit.

  Another alternative is to identify the best buying (commercial intent) keyword that fits the domain then do a Google search on that keyword or phrase. Contact the top 100 sites that show up in your search result and tell the owners that you own the domain that you used to find them. Tell them the domain is for sale and you are open to all reasonable offers.

Just be sure to ask some opinions of the domains before you invest a bunch of time into selling what possibly can't be sold or selling for too little.

Namepros.com is another forum where you can sell domains. Not sure if you can get a good price. Otherwise, here at WF or DigitalPoint Forum is also possible.

Hi Ricky, I recently sold a couple domain names on ebay. The domain names were not in high demand and did not fetch a large amount, but it was better than just letting them expire. If you have some that may be attractive to the market, you might want to look at several locations to sell them.

  For most mediocre domains, Sedo.com is probably the best or maybe GoDaddy Auctions. I've bought many and sold a few on forums such as NamePros.com or DNforum.com as well.
  
  If you have a high-quality domain, I'd get it in Sedo's GreatDomains.com auction or in a daily domain newsletter like TobyClements.com. Good luck!

  Sedo.com, flippa.com (full websites) and Godaddy.com get by far the most traffic on domain auctions, stick with those.
