How to build a quality "buyers list"

Hey Guys,

I have noticed the new trend of purchasing "solo ads" , don't get me wrong though i'm not bashing solo ads i tend to purchase them myself from time to time. But, many know that the list you are purchasing a solo ad from is low quality because the solo ad seller may be selling a whole bunch of solo ads every day and just hammering them with it. Also another downside, they're really starting to pick up the price on them! wowzers, $75 for 100 clicks?

I find building a quality buyers list is a little bit of hard work, but as we know rome wasn't built in one day. What i'm trying to say is, nothing great is ever done over night.

Anyways, back to the point.

The way many build a buyers list is they build a wso and offer 100% commission! Affiliates love to promote 100% commission to their lists, or however they rake in their income. Yeah yeah, i know im "crazy" for offering 100% commission but trust me many do this as well! A buyer on your email list is more valuable overtime than that measly $7 or whatever, that you charge for your wso.

    A quality buyers list comes from selling quality products.. If you want a really quality email list, build a relationship between you and your prospects.

    I'm building a quality buyers list right now. By basically offering a loss leader for $5. The loss leader is a 27 page ebook and 2 short videos.

    But I am in a very hot, nearly untouched market. A market that just broke the 1 billion dollar mark this year, and there is a HUGE problem in the niche that noone has addressed yet. I mean literally thousands of pages online all over google... and not 1 single person has tried to offer a solution yet. I discovered how intense the demand was by posting 1 short video on youtube and promoting it with fiver.

    Then I had 7 people message me offering me money to write some type of "guide" for them. Afterwards I took and revised that guide into a hi quality ebook, and made 2 short videos to explain the content in the book.

    I will now offer all of this for only $5 (one guy paid $50 for the first version, so the value here is immense), and my back end is paid phone consultations (I'm doing this only because people are asking). I'm also going to test various different pricing points. Then I have a second plan for monetization that I won't mention here. I am following the exact direction that the market is telling me to go in. And I honestly think you NEED to do that to be successful. I'm basically inventing my own niche, to compensate for a huge problem in a much larger niche.

    So it'll be interesting to see how this all works out.

    Do the easiest way.

    1) Create a kick ass product.

    2) Give away 100% commisions.

    3) but once they buy send them to your list to download.

    4) Get a ton of affiliates to sell your product (this shouldnt be hard cause you are giving away all profits on the front end)

    5) now you have a high quality list of prospects you can sell too.

    unfortunately i always have issue with 100% commission program because Paypal hates it.
    then again, list of buyers simply just means that they had bought from you before and it does not help if you are not going to deliver more to make them buy again.
