Clickbank sales analytics

First let me thank all of you for the wealth of information I've gained reading this forum!
I'm currently trying to get into what is for me a new aspect of IM, selling my own product. I've put together a great product in the fitness/muscle gain niche and have gotten it submitted to clickbank. In less then 12 hours of being live on clickbank my reporting and analytics tab is showing me that I've got over 20 affiliates already sending traffic to my offer, which is amazing to me!
Now I want to begin split testing sales pages and would like to hear from one of the pros on here about what to look for in the analytics chart.
For example,
What would you consider a successful or decent hops to order form impression ratio?
So what do you guys look for in the analytics to decide if you have a successfully converting sales page?
