How can I improve my site?

Hi everyone,

I have recently started up my first site. I've been chopping and changing the layout to try and make it look more professional but can't help and feel that it just doesn't look right. Unfortunately I am not an expert with coding so can't just chop and change things around easily.

Could you please take a look at the site and give me some feedback on what I can do to make it look better, more professional and more user friendly.

The site is muscle-e[dot]com

I know I still have to add a banner on the top near the site title and logo.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    I think it looks pretty good, but if I were you, I would probably make the background color of the sidebars and main content area different or ad some borders just to distinguish the content.

    Hey dannyboy, you site looks great and very simple. I think you should add Banners ASAP. You can also make drop down menus if you like. I think adding some CSS code will make your site more professional.

    Don't worry about not knowing code. I myself don't know coding as well. You can easily learn some CSS code from w3school.
