Can people download / copy a flipsnack book?

I want to make a digital book as secure as possible against being copied.

If I create a book using something like FlipSnack | PDF to Flash page flip - flipping book software will that stop it from being copied/downloaded?

I asked a help-person at flipsnack if people would be able to download it and he said they can't. I also tried to download a sample book myself and couldn't - but I'm not a techie...

    If someone really wants to steal something, they are going to do it.

    They can simply read and type to copy.

    The issue you may encounter with trying to use that service (or by making content only available on your site) is that someone will need internet access in order to read.

    In the world we've evolved into today, so many want to download to their kindle or ipad or where ever and enjoy reading without having to worry about there being an internet connection.
