Is there an affiliate rating website or database?

I imagine there must be a site equivalent to yelp, or BBB or something that keeps a rating or certification for affiliates. For example, somewhere where affiliates list their capabilities, vendors rate affiliates and future vendors can search for "certified" affiliates or affiliates with good reviews to reach out to. Like a meat market for affiliates.

Is there something like that? If not, do you think there is a market for something like that? I am considering developing a free platform for it.

    I know there are several for rating merchants, like mtmjohn's AffiliatePaying.com. Don't know of any that specifically rate affiliates though.

    There are a handful of network directories (Offervault, Affpaying, etc..) that also include rating/rankings but not quite like Yelp. We also have a JV/aff network platform in the works but not for user-driven ratings. Sounds like a good idea... Go with it! Good luck
