Clickbank and Shopping Cart integration ...

Hi warriors

I wanted to tap your brain on coding a little ...

I recently set up a membership site that runs on some quite high end software (www.membergate.com)

But what I am trying to do now is to sell my regular ebook (sold from Clickbank) with a forced continuity optin to the membership site. So that when people sign up to buy the ebook they are also billed automatically for membership to my site (unless they cancel).

I have worked out how to do that by selling the ebook through Membergate with a recurring billing monthly plan for membership also - so this is possible.

However I currently have a number of active affiliates thru clickbank selling my ebook. My option seems to be:

Set up an entire new domain and sell the ebook thru membergate shopping cart with forced opt-in to the membership site and tell my affiliates to go there and sign up with membergate if they wish to sell this package - or stay with clickbank if they don't.

The reason being that as far as I know (unless there is some clever coding possible) I cannot have my ebook site set up to accept referrals via clickbank or membergate links and somehow be able to detect which it is and deal with it accordingly.

Does anyone know if there is some clever coding that can somehow get around this issue (ie detecting and properly processing affiliate links from both clickbank and membergate).

Thanks

John
