I just bought a domain for $2.19 (inc. ICANN charge) with the coupon:

199DOMAIN

Better get buying!

I didn't try it more than once but I already have several domains with GoDaddy so it definitely works with existing customers.

It maybe only available for US customers, which I have seen happen.

I tried it and it accepted the code but when I went to checkout (and enter my mailing address) it defaulted back to the original price.

For the second, no error message, but I just had to buy www.champagnepoodle.com -- whatta niche!

Hmmm, maybe it's good the coupon only worked once - I'd be buying stupid domains all day long

just wanted to mention that this is for name cheap and not for go daddy. They do a new coupon every month, so there's no need to rush
