Hi fellow WF family... I am starting my own internet marketing company I am just having trouble as what address to use... I don't have an office...

Is a P.O. box acceptable? I heard about virtual offices also to look like a professional address instead of a home address, but the price was kind of high for my budget...

Does anyone know any options for me???

Thanks!

I think a P.O. Box is acceptable as long as you fill out all other contact information options in full. (MO)

Question, if I use a P.O. box address, when I print business cards does it have to say P.O on it? I don't want future clients to think my address is a P.O. box.

By the time you have many clients, you'll be able to afford a virtual address. It's all about upscaling

True, however when 1st starting out, do you know if instead of it saying p.o.# it can say suite#? to look professional in the beginning?
or is there any service you recommend?

        Thanks.

I've seen people do that before but you might want to verify the legality of it - I'm just not sure if the post office is okay with for sure or not. I'm sure some other people here have done that and researched if its allowed or not though.

Just be honest, tell them you work from home. If you produce quality work they wont care if you lived on the Moon.

If you lie and they find out you gave a false address it wont reflect very well on your character.
PS. The BS will only get you so far...

I actually think if you go through the postal service that you can use the physical address, and then state your box number below. Sometimes the mail workers don't like it, but if it's just for looks, probably wouldn't matter much.

Use a mailbox rental place like the UPS Store where you can use "Suite #123" or "#123" instead of "PO Box #123"...It's not that expensive, and yet the credibility factor goes way up!

You may choose to use cheap mailboxes offered by Regus.

Like some of your other questions today, Jamaal, the answer depends very much on which country you live in. You can perhaps see that without mentioning that in either your post or your profile, it's not necessarily too easy for people to be able to advise you relevantly or accurately, is it?

Yes, P.O Box works. However, if you want to create a google places account, bing account, or anything that will relate to your location then you are going to need a real address. Its important to be placed on these directories-will help with your ranking.

Go to a UPS store and get one of those "UPS Mailbox Addresses". Cost like $60 every 3 months.

A business address is better than a po box as po box never looks great in an address, unless your a financial institution. Better off with a street address. Not sure what city your looking for but here are a few examples around the world.
