Amazon EU sites registrator question. thanks

I have joined the Amazon.it, amazon.es Affiliate programs.
when I joined, I get an email said they will review my websites. but 10 days past, I still not get the email said my account active or not(US amazon must send it,I know)...I can login normally.
today I found I have make some sales for amazon.it 7 days ago, still not get any commission.
it there something wrong with my account?
anyone could tell me what happened whit Amazon EU aff new account?
