VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH 2 WSO SELLERS.

Hi Jane,

Make your comments in each WSO itself. Be sure to stick to the facts, don't get angry, and do NOT make it personal (no name calling, etc.) As a buyer, you are allowed to make comments in the WSO, and that's the best way to help others make a better buying decision.

For the person who didn't give you a refund and started calling you names...

1. Do they state that they offer refunds? If not, there's nothing the Warrior Forum can do to help. If they DO offer a refund and refuse to give it, then you can contact the Help Desk.

2. If the name-calling messages are too personal or threatening, then you may also wish to contact the Help Desk.

Again, stick to the facts, stay calm, and do not attack the sellers.

We honestly don't have all the details here.

1. You are allowed to comment on the WSO thread if you bought the service/product. It should be a constructive review - not something like "so and so is a scammer and I want my money back" - but more along the lines of "money back guarantee is offered in the sales page, I was not satisfied with the service and requested a refund which was denied."

2. Submit your concerns to the HELP DESK (you will always see a link to it in the navigation bar above).

3. In the future, remember to do your due diligence before making a purchase. Always look for a refund policy, look up details about the seller, and don't assume that just because something is listed in the WSO that it is always a good thing. That area is the same as any classified you'd find anywhere on the web. Anyone can post an offer by paying the right fees. It is your job to research first who it is you are dealing with.

My second seller also has a long bad story and when I requested him to refund back my money due to his bad follow-up and service he started to write me e-mails calling me names(I am keeping exchange e-mails from both sellers) now- beside warning newbies who are asking for help from other warriors on how to start their IM venture to be more careful from some folks who would take advantage of them being quite new on this-, I am asking WF members this question:- WHAT IS THE RIGHT PAGE OR PERSON TO SEND HIM MY COMPLAINS ABOUT THESE TWO SELLERS MENTIONED ABOVE?

should I contact this site owner? where can I do that?

Take it up with them directly. Do not oust anyone here as it is against the forum rules.

You can also PM the mods, however, only do so if you believe their offer is breaking WSO rules. I say this with caution as the mods are not the internet police. Due diligence is the mantra.

These WSO complaints are getting old. With few exceptions, the person ranting has not posted their complaint in the WSO thread - they have not reported the WSO to mods for non-delivery or for not honoring a refund policy in the sales page.

To report a non-delivery or non-compliance problem, you use the little "triangle" report button to tell mods the seller is violating his offer (and provide full info about the transaction). If you don't get what you paid for - you do the same thing.

You posted this same rant in another thread - and then started this thread about it. Not a good idea.

Well as it is stated at the forum rules, warrior forum is not the internet police. They can't do anything, however you can either ask for a refund or leave a negative review at the seller, or just tell your friends (just don't spam) your opinion it, if they are about to buy...

They don't get involved in the process, BUT the Forum can and will react in certain cases. Not honoring STATED refund policies, sharing email addresses, and fraud are a few examples.

However, the WF will NOT be able to get your money back for you. On the other hand, they may choose to close the offending WSO.

Thanks for you all who replied to me.. I want to make this clear:-
1-yes I posted this complain(and please call it complain and not any other description b/c it was a complain. the fact that I couldn't figure out exactly the right place to post it shouldn't make it less important, actually I was replying to one newbie who asked about help on how to start her/his IM and that is when I decided it was relevant to post this. then I decided that it may be better to start a thread about it(may be it wasn't necessary but I just thought a thread may be read by more people,didn't think it was going to be an issue though.

2-the first seller DID issue me a refund after a long painful fight from my side and coming back and forth to him 6 times, and yes he DID mention in his WSO that he gives refunds, and by the way I was extremely decent and I didn't respond to his 3 e-mails of name -callings nor did I reply to his name calling at all, I was rather extremely calm and composed. I told him I am new on all this IM and my english is also not helping me much. and that I expected him for this reason to be patient and bear with my questions, I am sorry to say that he replied to me saying that" I dealt with newbies before but I didn't deal with sh.......beasts" he left me a message in my paypal"leave a message" part and what he said to me in that specific e-mail I just can't write down here, just for the sake of respecting myself and my fellow WF mem here I can't allow myself write in such language he wrote to me.

3-The reason I brought up the issue was b/c I wanted to know the right place to bring this to, now I knew where to go,however, this needs to be prepared more and that is what I am trying to do in the very near future.

4-The other WSO seller is basically admitting in his last 2 e-mails that he left me in the cold, even though he was paid in full for a full amazon site building service + so many things that he was supposed to do on my new review site. This seller just leaft me waiting and chasing him to finish my site for a whole 3 months and 12 days!! during that time I sent him 14 e-mails(all safely kept with me) i told him i will bring this to the WF then he sent me an e-mail saying" iam sorry for the hassels, i will persue.... in 2 days) i rather now have given him 2 weeks and he didn't yet finish the site nor did he do my links and othe stuff he said he will do.

4- even though the first seller refunded me after a huge battle in these cases you don't only run after your refunds you would rather expose those people on public forums so they stand to be a lesson for others who are doing the same, I know I should do my dd but how can I know this if I wasn't got burnt? (a whole fancy colorful sales letter that tells you it can build you your amazon site that is decorated with all "read what other WF members are saying?" ....?

5-Now thank God- one kind (an old member WF) is helping me out with all info as to how I can deal with this(he had same experience too) so we will bring every thing in details and he will help with the correct place to write it in details till then -he adviced- not to reveal those names. Thanks again to members who took time to reply to me via pms and directly here.

I wish if we had a system that we can use to rate sellers(like in amazon) as an example may be I wouldn't have been writing all this long post here.

I asked him to help me with my amazon link so that my site with be ready(this is in his sales letter) Now it's being more than 2 months and during this time I SENT HIM AROUND 13 E-MAILS, in the last one I told him I would give up on him and seek another one from WF, he then replied saying "sorry for the hassels" and I knew that he was busy and still-with a new WSO now(It's running right now"
3-I am not running after any refunds when I raise such issues all I wanted to say is to warn newbies from these guys, and I am NOT saying all sellers are the same here, I am just telling my experience that some sellers may not deliver exactly what is in their WSOs.

4-Now one kind (an old member WF) is helping me out with all info as to how I can deal with this(he had same experience) so we will bring every thing in details and he will help with the correct place to write it in details till then -he adviced- not to reveal those names. I think if the admin came up with a system that we can use to rate sellers(like in amazon) as an example may be I wouldn't have been writing all this long post.

Be sure you actually leave your review of their WSO in their WSO thread. If you don't you haven't actually warned anyone of your experience. The people looking to buy from them are on their threads so they need to see your experience there.
